• Customer Directories & Communications: Contact lists imported via CSV/TXT files and live chat conversation streams.

2. Local Device Chat Backup & Zero-Retention Security

We enforce a strict data-minimization and privacy-first architecture:

"Any messages or data sent and received after logging in remain stored exclusively on the sender's and receiver's devices, provided they choose to download their chat backups. Once you deactivate or disconnect your session on Wubachat Web, Wubachat does not retain or store any of your chat data."

All active conversations, customer directories, and media transmissions passing through our authorized cloud infrastructure are protected by robust 256-bit cryptographic encryption. Access to chat contents is strictly restricted to authenticated individual operators.
