        CRITICAL NOTICE ON USER LIABILITY: Wubachat provides technical communication and API automation tools. Wubachat is NOT responsible for the message content, recipient consent, or transmission intent of any user. The user assumes 100% legal, criminal, and civil liability for all messages dispatched via their account.
    

1. Platform Nature & Intermediate Role

Wubachat acts strictly as an intermediary technology conduit connecting users to WhatsApp Cloud API interfaces. We do not originate, inspect, verify, or endorse any communication transmitted through our software.

2. Prohibited Activities & Zero Spam Tolerance

Users are strictly prohibited from using Wubachat for:

Sending unsolicited bulk marketing messages (Spam) without prior recipient consent (Opt-in).
Financial fraud, phishing, OTP deception, impersonation, or illegal monetary schemes.
Harassment, abusive content, defamatory statements, or unlawful threats.
Violating Meta WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies or local telecommunications regulations.

3. Indemnification & Complete Owner Protection

By registering an account, you explicitly agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wubachat, its founders, operators, and hosting providers from any legal claims, regulatory fines, law enforcement inquiries, police investigations, or third-party disputes arising from your messaging activities.

4. Immediate Account Termination & Data Disclosure

Wubachat reserves the right to immediately freeze, terminate, or ban any account without prior notice if spamming or malicious activities are detected. In the event of lawful court orders or authorized cyber police investigations, user logs (IP addresses, transaction records, sender IDs) will be surrendered to authorities without user consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wubachat is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for message delivery delays, WhatsApp number bans imposed by Meta, or wallet credit losses resulting from platform misuse.
